Privacy Statement
Dear visitor, customer,
IP address and e-mail address
Each time you visit our website, our web server automatically recognises your IP address, but not your e-mail address. When you post messages on our websites, we store your e-mail address. We also save your e-mail address when you provide us with one directly. If you arrive at one of our websites via another website, then we save that website’s domain name. We maintain and store information concerning which pages you have visited within our websites. If you participate in voluntary activities, such as surveys or other activities, we also save that information.
Orders and data processing
In order to process your order, we always need to use and process the following data:
1. your name
2. e-mail address
3. telephone number
4. invoicing address and
5. payment details required in order to process an order.
When fulfilling both domestic and international orders, we of course also require the delivery address, including the recipient's name.
When you order a product on one of our websites, we therefore process the following data:
• the name
• address
• town/city
• telephone number
• customer's e-mail address
• order payment details
• the name, address, town/city, telephone number (optional) of the recipient
• login details, if you have created a personal account
• IP address
Insight
We are obliged by law to provide you with the possibility to inspect your data at all times. At your request, we can make some modifications, though it should be noted that some important data (e.g. that used by the tax authorities and others) may not be modified. We observe the statutory provisions and retention period in relation to this. Following expiry of this retention period, we are at liberty to modify and/or delete the data.
How long do we store your data?
We store your order-related data for a minimum of 7 years. This is an obligation imposed by the government.
Who else makes use of the data?
In our company, we make use of specialists, including external specialists. These include software suppliers, payment processors and carriers. Only these parties may obtain access to the data which they require to carry out the order:
• The supplier of the chosen means of payment
• Our financial software package
• Our CRM package
• Carriers
• Order processors
• In case of occasional direct deliveries from within our florists’ network: the florist handling the order
The aforementioned companies and parties work in accordance with their obligations under the GDPR.
Do we also use Cookies?
Yes, we use cookies on our websites. The information contained in a ‘cookie’ provides information about the internet site visited and through it, we obtain an insight into your visit for the purpose of and in connection with:
1. the registration of your preferences
2. the registration of activities on the website
3. the improvement of our service to visitors
Transfer of information
In order to transfer specific and/or critical information, we make use of a specific secure environment (a server). Within this environment, we deploy various security protocols which we also have tested by third parties.

Database
You are registered with us because you have indicated this once. On the basis of this information, we provide you with notifications. Should you no longer wish to receive any messages from us in the near future, please feel free to contact us or unsubscribe directly.
Your information
Should we use your information - either freely or out of necessity - for purposes other than our own business reasons and/or due to developments which we have not foreseen within this explanation, we will always inform you hereof immediately. We may only use your data once you have been informed and our regulations have been changed. We do this in order that you may at all times remain in a position to refuse to accept such use.
